FAQ
Before you send the date.
If it is not here, call or write. (920) 857-2144 · adam@ownthenightllc.com
What is the minimum number of hours I can rent?
Three hours. Most party-bus companies ask for four. If you think the night will run long, extend the reservation before the date. Extra time the day of is not guaranteed.
Can I play my own music?
Yes. Each bus is Bluetooth equipped in the passenger cabin. Put on a playlist and the group controls the stereo.
Is smoking allowed?
No smoking, vaping, or illegal drug use on any vehicle. If someone needs a cigarette, the driver will pull over somewhere safe.
Does the price include a tip?
No. A tip the day of the event goes to the driver. Cash is preferred. A card tip can be arranged. The usual amount is about 15% of the rental.
How far will you travel?
Anywhere you want to go inside Wisconsin.
How do you clean the buses?
Accessible surfaces are cleaned with Microban-24 before and after every event. It is made to keep killing bacteria, cold and flu viruses, and coronaviruses for 24 hours after it is applied.
Can we drink on the bus?
Adults 21 and over, with photo ID, may drink. Underage drinking ends the rental. Wisconsin law says the operator cannot provide the alcohol.
What alcohol is allowed?
Bring what you want to drink, with three limits: hard-sided coolers only, no kegs, and no shotgunning. Aluminum or plastic is safer in a moving cabin than glass.
What is the rental policy?
A 50% nonrefundable deposit holds the date. The balance is typically due 7 to 10 days before the event. Book the hours you need up front.
Why is the deposit nonrefundable?
A contract and deposit make that date yours. Other requests for the same window get turned away. If you cancel, say so immediately. If the date can be rebooked at the full amount, a credit toward a future rental is something they will talk about. Refunds are not offered.
